So many of you have joined me and our amazing groups in cleansing.  We focus on self care, eating nutritious foods, and supporting each other through habit changes.

This cleanse we will go further.    

We will cleanse with the intention of our resolutions guiding us this year.   

Our Resolutions are our highest visions for our lives and what we see for ourselves.  They are our best selves looking at us from around the corner and calling to us.  2012 is a powerful year.  Together we will lean into that power with a clear head and heart and let our dreams fly.   

Cleansing gives us clarity and space to care for ourselves.  These 10 days are dedicated to you and your dreams.   

Dream.  Set the Intention.  Cleanse.  Make it happen. 

I truly benefited from being on Persephone's cleanse, and I loved her enthusiasm and honesty.  Persephone's personal stories and professional knowledge really grounded the whole process and I felt 100% supported.  Putting my health first was a goal I knew necessary and it felt good to know it was part of the cleanse instructions.  It felt like taking a retreat, into my health and myself.  I began to take the time to care for myself like I would my child-- I've always told myself that I did not have time to care.  Persephone's cleanse allowed me to let go of years of bad  habits, as if my body was shedding the toxicity along with the pounds that I could feel leaving my arms, back, butt, hips, etc.  Extra fat that I felt would not come off because I'm a 52 year old woman and that's 'just the way it is'.  I had accepted it even though it made me sad and depressed.  I definitely notice a change in my attitude and emotions, less anxiety and fear.  The way I eat has changed tremendously, I've lost weight, gained energy, and feel better emotionally.  I know that I am doing something tremendous for my health.
